End-to-end Employee Management System

TSI was evaluating technology offerings from different vendors for their Human Resources Management System (HRMS) requirements. A key criterion for finalizing the vendor was that the customized solution should be implemented within a month to coincide with the commencement of the new financial year. MAXIMUS committed to customizing its HRMS solutions as required by TSI within this deadline.

Upon selection as TSI’s technology partner, MAXIMUS deployed a mix of onsite and offsite teams to customize its HRMS and the production system was delivered within the stipulated time. Nearly 500 staff were on-boarded into the new system on Day 1. Thereafter, MAXIMUS has been introducing a continuous stream of enhancements to make the solution richer not only in terms of functionality but also in terms of incorporating mobility features, instant alerting systems and management dashboards.
