Remote ATM Monitoring & Management

Maximus solution provides realtime ATM monitoring & management, which capability to track health and cash position of ATMs and Recyclers. Various business rules can be specified for tracking the health and cash position and these rules can be modified easily based on need. Specific rules can be set for recording terminal faults, transaction inactivity for specific time span, cash out scenarios and others. The dashboards are powered by advanced BI and have comprehensive reports which help the MSPs take prompt action and avoid financial losses.

    • Maximus ATHMA is a powerful ATM/Recycler monitoring engine which provides real-time analysis of ATM/Recycler health status, cash position and status of other hardware peripherals based on defined business rules. It generates alerts and auto escalations for proactive FLM and SLM service calls.
  • MAXIMUS FORECASH: Cash Forecasting
    Maximus FORECASH benefits the MSPs in optimizing the cash levels and bringing down the CRA costs. Using complex algorithms, the forecasting solution predicts the cash requirement at the terminals for replenishment and creates cash indents, which are sent automatically to the CRAs.
  • MAXIMUS INFOXCHANGE - EJ/Image Pulling and Screen/Content Distribution
    Maximus INFOXCHANGE with its centralized, easy-to-use interface allow MSPs to retrieve EJ files and images from ATMs/Recyclers and helps remotely deploy screens/content by grouping the terminals based on geography, zone, circle, etc. automatically at the scheduled times or on demand, as required.
